Introduction to WordPress
This course will teach you the basics of WP theme creation. We should start by reviewing the course requirements. Our goal is to make learning easy and enjoyable. No prior experience with CMS, database or server-side scripting is required. However, you should be comfortable coding with HTML and CSS. Some familiarity with a programming language like JavaScript will be helpful, but is not necessary.
HTML 2 WordPress features video screencast tutorials. Therefore, you must have a Flash player and audio setup. You will also need at least 3.5 hours to complete the entire course. Finally, I encourage you to submit your final site to the Learner’s Gallery to show it off and receive feedback.
